Kayne Anderson is seeking to hire an Associate to join its Energy Private Equity group in Houston, starting in Q3 2027. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on North American Oil & Gas investments and supporting the investment process throughout the deal lifecycle.

You will evaluate new opportunities, monitor existing portfolio, prepare Limited Partner communications, and help manage internal processes within a lean team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Targeting energy-focused 2nd/3rd year investment banking analysts with E&P experience.
