Position Overview

Kayne Anderson is seeking to hire an Associate to join its Energy Private Equity group starting in Q3 2027. This is a unique opportunity for an Associate to join a lean investment team largely focused on North American Oil & Gas investments.

Essential Job Functions

The Associate’s responsibilities will include evaluating new investment opportunities, monitoring the fund’s existing portfolio, drafting Limited Partner correspondence, and managing other internal processes. This is an in‑person role based in our Houston, TX office.
