You will support budget performance, financial analysis, and monthly reporting for corporate and field management. The position requires 1–3 years of financial analysis experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; a relevant degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years financial analysis experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Outlook and Project.

Responsibilities

• O&M budget performance (actual vs plan with variance explanations).
• Annual budget preparations (Hyperion).
• System availability (downtime) tracking.
• Employee performance (overtime, days off).
• Incident tracking (safety, environmental, regulatory, compliance).
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Reviewing rate sheets to invoices.
• Coordinating redlines into design services and tracking progress.
• Ensuring MOCs advance for maintenance activities.
• Monitoring equipment performance (failures).
• Producing monthly/quarterly/annual management reports.
