Job description

Provide energy modeling for the generation of ESPM SEDI for submission with project application to HUD. The project includes five buildings totaling approximately 300,000 sq ft:

• Three buildings are four stories with about 250 apartments
• HVAC systems and water heaters are located in-unit
• One building is a clubhouse / management offices
• One building is a pool house

The modeling may include future considerations for 179D compliance.
