Moseley is seeking a full-time Energy Modeler to join the Energy, Asset Management + Sustainability team in Raleigh, Richmond, or Charlotte. You will create detailed energy models for various building types, assist with LEED and ENERGY STAR programs, and help maintain reference materials for project teams and clients.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 2+ years in design or construction.
We are currently seeking a full-time Energy Modeler to be an integral member of the Energy, Asset Management + Sustainability team in our Raleigh, Richmond, or Charlotte office.
As an Energy Modeler, you’ll create detailed energy models for a variety of project types, assist with energy programs and certifications such as LEED, engage with project teams and clients, and help maintain the firm’s reference materials and institutional knowledgebase. Internally you’ll promote sustainability initiatives, develop energy policies, and provide support and resources for project architects and engineers.

Moseley provides competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees, including:
Compensation: $70,000-$85,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
