Graham Packaging, a leader in sustainable packaging manufacturing, seeks a Procurement Financial Analyst to support North American locations with energy and direct material category spend. You will interact with third-party energy consultants, ensure internal controls, and provide financial analysis to meet commitments.

The role emphasizes energy strategy, cost management, and data-driven planning, coordinating budget and forecast processes while driving profitability and process improvements

Qualifications

• BS/BA Required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5+ years Accounting/Finance or Purchasing Experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Applications.
• Experience with SAP, Business Information Warehouse, and HFM desirable.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between energy consulting partner and leadership teams for energy sourcing and savings initiatives.
• Provide accounting and internal controls supporting procurement processes for raw materials used in production of bottles.
• Provide financial analysis to ensure delivery on financial commitments by Global Sourcing.
• Support data-driven approach in sourcing and collaborate with senior business unit professionals.
• Lead reporting and analysis around energy and direct material costs and savings initiatives.
• Prepare month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
