- LOTO Oversight: Serve as Authorizing Energy Marshal; lead and coordinate lockout/tagout activities across all trade partners and OFCI vendors, ensuring correct application, documentation, and removal of devices.
- Energization Coordination: Lead and coordinate review of energization plans, MOPs, and switching orders; facilitate system activations with MEP subcontractors, commissioning agents, and owner operations teams.
- Compliance & Auditing: Lead and coordinate field audits for NFPA 70E and OSHA compliance; verify arc flash hazard assessments and PPE requirements; maintain complete documentation packages for client review.
- Training & Communication: Coordinate site-specific electrical safety orientations; lead daily pre-task briefings; maintain real-time communication of energized systems and restricted spaces.
- Incident Management: Lead and coordinate investigations on any energy control near-miss or incident; drive corrective actions through resolution.
