Everforth Apex Systems in Juno Beach, Florida, is seeking a Business Analyst-Level 1 - Associate (0-5 years) to perform operational and financial analyses, support decision-making, and help develop reports and data models. You will touch on SOX-related processes, monitor trade capture and reconciliation, and build ad-hoc dashboards using SQL, VBA, Python, and Power BI to drive business insights.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in business analysis, data management, or process improvement.
• Experience with SOX, Compliance, and Regulatory Policies for Commodity Trading is required.
• Proficiency with SQL, VBA, Python and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Capture trades into the SOX Application and execute end-of-day recaps and reports.
• Monitor trade capture, matching, and reconciliation processes.
• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle from execution through settlement.
• Monitor Daily Value at Risk, position, PNL, and other risk-related measures.
• Reconcile broker and external statements.
• Provide financial reporting to management as needed.
• Analyze large sets of energy market and operational data.
• Support ad hoc reports using SQL, VBA, and/or Python.
• Assist in system enhancements and automation opportunities.
