Qualifications

• Senior experience in power markets, retail electricity, or energy analytics.
• Strong understanding of U.S. electricity markets (ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM).
• Experience with prospect research, market research, or sales analytics.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, SQL, Python, or CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate market data into actionable insights for Sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a market SME for the East Sales team, focusing on U.S. power markets and Eastern markets.
• Develop concise market updates, talking points, presentations, and other materials for Sales and brokers.
• Research high-potential commercial and industrial prospects and develop account profiles.
• Identify trigger events and build targeted prospect lists for focused outreach.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports to track market opportunity, pipeline, and customer trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create market-driven campaigns and thought leadership content.
