The Energy Management System Specialist will assist in the development and implementation of the centrally controlled computerized energy management system and operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain the system; support and participate in related functions of the district energy/utilities management program.

Education and Experience:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to three years of recent, full-time, paid experience of acceptable level and quality in the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), controls, or energy management industry, preferably including experience in all three disciplines with retrofit training, and experience in managing a computerized energy management control system. Technical courses in HVAC and associated control systems are desirable but not required.

Examination Process
The examination process includes an application screening and evaluation based on the applicant's education, work history, and responses to the application questions.
