You will be the primary contact for residential and commercial customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, promoting participation in energy efficiency initiatives and interconnection programs while learning utility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred in Business, Energy Management, Communications or related field.
• Four years of customer service, analytical, billing, administrative, or related experience or a combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer and contractor inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Schedule residential and commercial energy audit appointments.
• Promote participation in conservation programs (Energy Planner, Prime Time Plus, Renewable Energy, Zap Cap).
• Analyze and process energy incentives and rebates; verify program eligibility and compliance.
• Review renewable interconnection applications and coordinate with engineering teams and customers.
