Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Texas Bar admission not required upon hire).
• 1–3 years of legal experience following law school.
• Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete two one-year rotations across core Legal practice areas.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and correspondence.
• Manage discrete legal matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, summaries, and presentations.
• Assist with legal projects and provide practical business-focused guidance.
• Participate in coaching and career development discussions.
