Analysts are embedded with the deal team, building models, preparing materials, and supporting due diligence, with opportunities to work with teams in New York and London on cross-border mandates.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
• Professional maturity and teamwork
• Finance/energy internship preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models across energy deals
• Conduct valuations using comps, precedents, and NAV methods
• Prepare pitch books and client materials
• Research industry and market developments in energy, power, renewables, and infrastructure
• Support due diligence and manage data rooms
• Assist with compliance and documentation and coordinate with deal parties
