PSE, a leading energy consultancy, is seeking an Energy Innovation Consultant in a hybrid role out of Madison, WI or Arden Hills, MN. You will lead energy innovation projects, conduct analyses, and advise utilities on electrification and resource planning to support clients’ strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have a BS, 5+ years in utilities/energy consulting, and strong data analytics skills with Excel, R, Python, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in utilities, energy consulting, economics, data analytics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy innovation projects in demand-side management and electrification.
• Develop economic, financial, and feasibility analyses for client decisions.
• Create cost-benefit models for energy programs and technologies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and forecast insights.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with teams.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and presentations.
