Job summary

Teneo is recruiting for Consultant and Senior Consultant roles within its Energy & Infrastructure team. You will work on strategic projects for utilities, investors and governments, applying rigorous analysis to decarbonisation and growth challenges.

Roles involve collaborating with senior colleagues, delivering client-ready insights, and shaping strategic recommendations—while maintaining a balance between client impact and sustainable work hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as finance, engineering, economics, business or another quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy or management consulting or energy/infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex questions and develop insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience producing client-facing materials.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of defined areas of client engagements and translate findings into insights and recommendations.
• Develop the project approach from hypotheses through validation with the case team.
• Produce clear client-ready presentations and deliverables with robust evidence.
• Participate in client meetings and build day-to-day relationships with client counterparts.
• Support junior colleagues with guidance and feedback and contribute to business development efforts.
