Responsibilities

• Sourcing and origination of new energy/infrastructure investments.
• Lead due diligence with market, operational, financial analyses and valuations.
• Structure and negotiate definitive agreements; coordinate with advisors.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation post-acquisition.
• Mentor junior investment professionals and manage deal execution processes.
