I am working closely with a V50 Firm's market leading Energy & Infrastructure M&A Team looking to add multiple associates to its busy and growing group. This group works on high-impact acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate transactions for market-leading clients across the entire energy and infrastructure sector.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of M&A experience (energy or infrastructure experience is a plus but not required)

• This position is office agnostic, but a preference for Austin, Houston, DC, NY, SF, or Nashville

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most significant deals in the market in all of the key pillars of the energy and infrastructure sectors (renewables, power generation, energy transition, oil & gas, energy tech, infrastructure, and data centers). This is an incredibly close-knit team with partners that engage in both client work and team development, and a strong focus on training, mentoring, and associate development. Associates on the team help organize and develop pitches and are trusted contributors on every transaction, and the partners make sure that associates get truly hands‑on experience from day one.
