Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of relevant work experience in energy and infrastructure investment banking, consulting or investing.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze transaction risks, value-creation opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to investment committees.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to produce consistent work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative, team-based mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrates AI literacy and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance speed and insight.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as an integral member of the E&I Equity team to invest in opportunities across the infrastructure landscape.
• Manage investment diligence from start to finish, performing comprehensive analysis and developing recommendations on directs investments, co-investments and fund commitments.
• Screen opportunities and succinctly communicate investment highlights and risk considerations.
• Lead the creation of investment committee materials with financial projections and present recommendations.
• Assist in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating terms.
• Monitor existing investments, maintain external relationships, and provide updates to team members.
• Engage with external stakeholders and market participants to support origination goals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Accounting and Risk Management to execute transactions.
