Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Financial Modeling Analyst to join the Financial Analytics & Modeling team. You will develop and maintain financial models for central utility, chilled water, renewable energy, and power infrastructure projects, supporting senior analysts and business leaders.

You will analyze project economics, pricing strategies, capital structures, and financing alternatives, and prepare presentations for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Outstanding analytical skills and expertise in Excel-based financial models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models for central utility, chilled water, renewable energy, and power infrastructure projects under senior guidance.
• Assists in evaluating project economics, pricing strategies, capital structures, and financing alternatives.
• Maintains project-level models by updating assumptions, validating inputs, and ensuring accuracy.
• Performs sensitivity and scenario analyses related to project capacity, costs, revenues, financing assumptions, and regulatory impacts.
• Supports preparation of financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executives and project teams.
• Collaborates with engineering, operations, development, and finance to collect data and support project execution.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
