Job summary

Google Cloud Communications is hiring to lead U.S.-focused PR initiatives that promote Google’s data centers and infrastructure. You’ll craft messaging, manage media relationships, and partner across PR, communications, marketing and product teams.

You’ll work with executives and influencers to tell the story of Google Cloud’s impact while moving fast in a cross-functional setting across the United States, including Sunnyvale, San Francisco, and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in communications, public relations, or public affairs.

Responsibilities

• Learn more about benefits at Google.
• Drive external communications campaigns for Google's data centers and infrastructure across the United States.
• Develop, write, and edit compelling communications materials, including announcements and messaging.
• Cultivate local, state, and national media relationships to drive awareness of Google’s work with communities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across PR, Communications, Marketing, Product, and beyond.
