Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 5 years of professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive consulting, infrastructure, energy, or public sector experience.
• 3+ years leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with public sector, utilities, or infrastructure organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engagement manager for clients in energy & infrastructure advisory.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives related to energy sovereignty and infrastructure investment.
• Manage multiple client engagements with budgets, schedules, staffing and risk.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder meetings with leadership bodies.
• Lead grant strategy and federal funding implementation efforts.
• Mentor consultants and foster collaboration and excellence.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Public Administration, Planning, Environmental Studies, or related field

MBA, MPA, Master's in Planning, Engineering, Public Policy, or related discipline

3+ years leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams

Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
