Job summary

Arclin is seeking an Indirect Procurement Category Manager for Utilities, Energy & Industrial Gases. You will develop enterprise sourcing strategies for electricity, natural gas, renewable energy, and related services across a global manufacturing network.

You will lead hedging programs, supplier management, budgeting, and market analysis, partnering with Operations, Finance, and senior leadership to optimize energy spend and reliability.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in energy procurement, utility sourcing, or related roles.
• Experience managing energy hedging programs and supplier contracts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Experience across multiple sites and deregulated/regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise sourcing strategies for electricity, natural gas, renewables, and utilities.
• Lead energy hedging, risk management, and supplier relationship activities.
• Forecast, budget, and track energy spend across locations.
• Drive energy optimization, demand response, and sustainability initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering and leadership to optimize reliability and cost.
