Zusammenfassung

ENGIE North America is seeking an Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory (AIFA) Analyst II in Houston to support valuation, risk analysis and execution of M&A and project financing transactions. You will build financial models, assess inputs, and help prepare lender updates and management presentations.

Qualifications include a BA in Finance/Business/Economics or engineering, 2+ years in energy, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to work in a hybrid office

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant energy industry experience.
• Outstanding analytical skills with expert Excel-based financial modeling.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of accounting and tax structures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work under pressure.
• Hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and sensitivity analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to input model assumptions and ensure accuracy.
• Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Evaluate financial options for business development funding and structures.
• Support approvals process and financing arrangements for transactions.
• Assist in structuring, negotiating and executing financing documents for medium to large transactions.
• Prepare presentations for lenders and management updates.
• Support asset impairment testing and valuation of existing assets.
