The Energy & Environmental Litigation Partnership Track Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex energy and environmental litigation matters for our client's prestigious clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of energy and environmental issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Participate in all phases of discovery, including document review and production

• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed

Qualifications
