The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years of related experience, and active professional licensure. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications is essential to analyze utility data and perform lifecycle cost evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years of related field experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with energy savings projects and life cycle cost analyses.
• Experience analyzing utility data.
• Professional Engineer license and certifications (CEM, CMVP, CEP, CEA, EEP, BEP) preferred.

• Responsible for standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies.
• Responsible for the evaluation and optimization of energy consumption for commercial buildings and applicable systems.
• Frequently interact with clients, contractors, and engineers to fulfill the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
• Analyzes, develops and evaluates systems.
• Improves and maintains current systems or creates brand new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 7+ Years of Experience in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with energy savings projects.
• Experience with life cycle cost analyses.
• Experience in analyzing utility data.
• At least 1 of the following: CEM, CMVP, CEP, CEA, EEP, or BEP certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
