Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, data science, statistics, economics, or similar quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in energy data analysis, utility analytics, or sustainability reporting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large multi-year datasets.
• Working knowledge of ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and data quality troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with GHG accounting under the GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio-wide utility data across fuels and commodities.
• Reconcile utility data with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and internal systems.
• Prepare normalized baseline and post-period consumption data for capital projects.
• Serve as primary contact with ENERGY STAR program.
• Prepare energy, emissions, and water data for sustainability reports and disclosures.
