The ideal candidate has a BS with 8+ years in energy efficiency, strong project management and vendor management skills, and willingness to travel within the PSE&G territory.

Qualificações

• B.S. Degree plus 8 years of experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.
• Experience processing milestone payments and forecasting financial spend.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost.
• Commitment to process improvement.
• Knowledge of PSEG's CEF energy efficiency order and related frameworks.
• Able to travel within PSE&G territory to conduct meetings with customers, perform inspections, and manage relationships with contractors.
• Valid US driver's license desired.
• Vendor management, invoicing skills.
• Building Performance Institute Certifications preferred.
• Certified Energy Manager preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs.
• Perform QA/QC for programs and projects; apply energy savings knowledge to oversight.
• Perform project site visits.
• Compile and analyze data to monitor project status and report to management.
• Manage customer relationships to provide high-quality program services.
• Ensure safety compliance by vendors and employees.
