Southern Co. seeks an Energy Efficiency Team Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team in supporting Georgia Power’s regulated residential and commercial programs. You will manage reporting, budgeting, and process enhancements while coordinating with internal and external partners to streamline operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of energy efficiency programs, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical data into actionable improvements across the organization.

Qualificações

• Experience with regulated energy efficiency program design, implementation or evaluation.
• Budgeting, forecasting and analytics expertise.
• Ability to lead cross‑organizational initiatives and influence outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team to support Georgia Power’s energy efficiency programs and drive process improvements.
• Oversee regulatory and ad hoc reporting, budgets, forecasts and quality control.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on DSM design and evaluation initiatives.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements across multiple teams and systems.
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain the EE Playbook updates.
