Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to perform Home Energy Audits across a 100-mile radius centered on Savannah, GA. You will inspect energy features, test system performance, and document results to support energy efficiency initiatives in residential construction.

Paid on-the-job training, certifications, and opportunities for professional development are offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package. Valid driver’s license and daily travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in HVAC, home remodeling, or construction is helpful.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
• Relevant certifications (HERS, Energy Star, IECC, ACCA 310) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Home Energy Audits per RESNET/Energy Star guidelines, including duct and insulation inspection.
• Conduct Blower Door and Duct Leakage Testing with modern equipment to assess building performance.
• Develop relationships with builders and code officials through professional communication.
