Job summary

Planet Fitness in Westfield, IN is seeking a Fitness Ambassador to be the friendly heartbeat of the club. This entry-level role requires great energy, a people-first mindset, and a willingness to train toward NCSF certification within 90 days.

You will welcome members, assist on the floor, promote programs, and help maintain a positive, energetic club atmosphere. No prior fitness experience is required, but reliability, punctuality, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work the scheduled shifts.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Willingness to learn basic fitness techniques and participate in certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet members enthusiastically and make them feel welcome.
• Be a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor.
• Assist with check-ins, questions, and member needs.
• Promote programs, events, and club offerings.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
• Build relationships with members and celebrate progress.
