Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of computers and software including Excel, Word, SAP, MS Project, Pillar/UI Planner, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with project management systems and critical path scheduling (MS Project desirable).
• Willingness to learn city/state permitting, regulatory processes, and utility operations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close Energy Delivery major projects and programs.
• Manage project information systems and develop project plans (WBS, schedule, budget).
• Support approvals with company, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and presentations for approvals, regulatory filings and audits.
• Monitor UI Planner and SAP updates to ensure timely, accurate reports.
• Assist in closeout activities including acceptance, records updates, procurement audits.
