Job summary

Onyx Meadows Group, a Houston-based energy tech firm, is seeking a Data Scientist to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and create data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data strategies in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Data Science or related field, 3+ years in data science, and proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Experience with Hadoop/Spark/Hive and energy sector knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science with emphasis on machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL; experience with big data technologies is a plus.
• Experience in energy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions for energy sector problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
