Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics, quantify impacts of intervention strategies, and support DSM topics for utility and government clients.

You will lead research, data analysis, and reporting, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven recommendations across energy efficiency, demand response, and decarbonization initiatives.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field with 6–8 years of experience OR BA/BS with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software (R, Python, or Stata).
• Proficiency deploying interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, or Streamlit).
• Experience with SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate program and policy impacts and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Communicate methods and results clearly in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations for diverse audiences.
• Manage projects and budgets, coordinate with clients and team members, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships.
