Job summary

Trio is seeking a detail-oriented Energy Analyst to support client engagements focused on energy data analytics, invoice auditing, and operational insights. The role combines large-scale utility data management with bill validation to improve visibility into energy spend.

You'll collect, validate, and analyze data across client portfolios, identify cost drivers, and develop reports and dashboards. Hybrid or remote work options are available, and you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 0–5 years of experience in a professional business setting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain utility data across client accounts.
• Audit utility invoices for accuracy across rates, usage, and charges.
• Analyze consumption and cost drivers across client portfolios.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Prepare clear client-facing insights and summaries.
• Present analytical findings in a structured format.
• Support budgeting using historical data trends.
• Validate accruals and align financial datasets.
