Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer – Energy to support planning, coordination, and execution of renewable energy projects, including solar and geothermal systems. You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction experience preferred but will consider recent graduate; commercial or multi-family experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems, and cross-trades coordination.
• Experience with energy efficiency, ESPC, or military installation projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Timberline/Sage, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in day-to-day project execution and coordination.
• Assist with planning activities including scheduling, phasing, scopes of work, and budget tracking.
• Participate in plan reviews, constructability reviews, and value engineering efforts.
• Ensure adherence to pre-construction processes, environmental protection measures, and SOPs.
• Track costs, assemble financial data, and support change management and documentation.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, logs, and as-built records.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, bid packages, and contract administration.
• Review cost-to-date and delivery schedules weekly; adjust operations to meet budget and schedule.
