Competenze

• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service.
• Specialized experience includes: analyzing energy saving opportunities for utilities; collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, or evaluate energy conservation approaches.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with management, internal counterparts and external entities (utility customers or regional partners) to achieve energy conservation program goals.
• Volunteer experience and unpaid experience may be credited; you will receive credit for all qualifying experience.
• You must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
