Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college majoring in Energy Commerce or Business required.
• Strong Excel and computer skills required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help scheduling ensure accuracy in monthly volume accounting reconciliation
• Monitor EBBs for all pipelines transacted on
• Update maps and category systems for all major pipelines
• Assist scheduling with daily nominations and confirmations
• Monitor Maintenance Calendar and communicate upcoming impact
• Assist with updating contacts and establish relationships with third parties
• True up data across several workbooks
• Coordinate new contracts or meter point additions with contracts team
• Provide analytical data from multiple system applications
