Job summary

Larson Design Group is seeking an experienced Designer to apply foundational to intermediate engineering and landscape architecture principles. You will prepare design plans, perform calculations, and contribute to minor project decisions under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of related experience, proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads, SketchUp, and Photoshop, plus strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a Technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Produces accurate, high-quality design drawings using CAD tools.
• Reviews work for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Prepares and reviews specifications, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinates development of multi-discipline drawing sets with staff across teams.
• Ensures quality assurance/quality control to minimize design errors.
• Interprets design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements.
