Responsibilities

• Assist in client intake, production, and energy audit documentation review.
• Completes accurate data entry.
• Assist the Energy Auditor or Quality Control Inspector in conducting field inspections.
• Assist in inputs corresponding labor, invoices, and material into the NEAT program work orders.
• Assist the field team in weatherizing homes and installing energy-saving measures.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and provide education on new equipment.
• Investigate and resolve record discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
