Aurora Energy Research in Austin, Texas invites graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Analyst Program. You will rotate through Research and Advisory teams, develop market forecasts, and execute client projects as you build your analytics toolkit.

The program combines structured training with on-the-job learning, preparing you to present insights to clients, support energy policy work, and advance into a permanent role within the teams.

Qualifications

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex information.
• Communicate and collaborate with a range of people.
• Strong quantitative skills demonstrated in projects.
• Experience with statistical tools and programming languages.
• Advanced Excel knowledge; knowledge of optimization techniques.
• Availability to start July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Research and Advisory teams during the 18-month program.
• Contribute to market forecast reports and client projects.
• Present insights to clients and participate in Aurora conferences, workshops, and webinars.
• Develop analytical, teamwork and communication skills throughout the program.
