Job summary

JLL is seeking an Energy Advisory Associate to support the full project lifecycle, focusing on clean energy and infrastructure solutions. You will work with senior project managers to deliver technical and analytical support that helps clients advance energy projects within real estate contexts.

Location options include Chicago, NYC, or Washington DC with hybrid schedule; salary range is $90,000 to $125,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Studies, Business, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in energy or infrastructure project finance and development, with exposure to both project execution and business development.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery activities including internal execution, timeline adherence, and stakeholder coordination with senior project managers.
• Develop pricing tools and pro-forma financial models to evaluate valuations and inform contracting decisions.
• Produce planning documents, technical and financial analyses, and client-ready presentations.
• Serve as client point of contact and maintain ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support origination and business development activities with market research.
