Tenaska is seeking an Energy Accountant to perform monthly financial accounting and invoicing, generate management reports, and handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments. This role emphasizes accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and collaboration with various teams.
Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 0–2 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills; CPA or Master’s degree is a plus. Some energy market knowledge is beneficial.

The Energy Accountant is responsible for performing monthly financial accounting and invoicing tasks, preparing reports and analyses for management, and communicating with customers for billing and payment inquiries and resolving customer issues.
