Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking a Chemical Operations Technician to safely handle energetic compositions used in PacSci EMC products. You will log work, maintain inventories, and support milling and propellant processes while following strict safety protocols.

The role requires familiarity with 5S, process documentation, and collaboration with management in daily meetings. Indoor/outdoor shifts, lifting up to 30lbs, and PPE are required.

Qualifications

• Read and understand written instructions.
• Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Complete documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Prioritize tasks and work on several formulations simultaneously.
• Perform arithmetic calculations such as percentages, addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process explosive powders and propellants safely and efficiently.
• Log time to appropriate Job Numbers accurately.
• Maintain material movement documents, magazines and oven inventories.
• Complete material traceability labels.
• Deliver materials to production and other operation lines.
• Clean facility, equipment, vehicles, tooling and containers.
