Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC, in partnership with Acosta, seeks a Verizon Value Field Sales Representative to be in-store brand ambassador across assigned retail locations, promoting devices, plans, and promotions, and converting conversations into sales.

Ideal for candidates with field sales or retail experience, this role emphasizes confident, consultative sales, relationship-building with store leadership, and meeting KPI metrics during the ASAP to Dec 31, 2026 window.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 1+ year retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and reporting platforms.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs, identify purchasing intent, and create sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions.
• Clearly explain pricing, features, and value propositions to support informed customer purchase decisions.
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process with a consultative, service-oriented approach.
• Build strong working relationships with store leadership and associates to support in-store execution and sales success.
• Coach and influence store teams to strengthen brand advocacy and support sell-through of telecommunication products.
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and display standards to ensure strong brand presentation in assigned locations.
• Track performance, customer interactions, and key performance indicators using required reporting tools and systems.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive activity to help inform program performance and field strategy.
