C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Backhauler to join a small team responsible for unloading trailers and keeping the warehouse stocked. The role is full-time, 3rd shift, with starting pay of $17.50 per hour plus incentive pay and potential up to $25/hour for top performers.

You'll operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks and clamp machines, move pallets from dock to aisles, and perform safety checks.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Desire to help communities through warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Receive product, record dates, and break down pallets per procedures.
• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamps to move merchandise.
• Move pallets from dock to correct aisles in a fast-paced setting.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Safely lift varying case weights as needed.
