Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Front Royal, VA to perform a variety of duties such as loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, and housekeeping. The role is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires lifting 25-75 lbs. Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2am or finish.

Training is available for the right candidate and growth opportunities are emphasized. Capstone offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced and physically demanding.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
