Job summary

Vetta Racquet Sports is seeking passionate tennis instructors to join our team. You will lead engaging individual and group lessons and clinics for players of all ages, delivering an energetic and safe experience on indoor courts.

As a part-time, hourly role, you will promote programs, maintain high service standards, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learners while upholding professionalism and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both youth and adult tennis instruction.
• Strong knowledge of tennis rules, techniques and strategies.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and patient demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g., USTA, PTR) is highly preferred.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and effective individual and group lessons and clinics for players of all ages and skill levels.
• Deliver an outstanding service and create a fun, energetic environment for all participants.
• Maintain player safety by enforcing safety protocols on the courts.
• Promote Vetta Racquet Sports' programs to encourage participation and retention.
• Assist with court preparation and breakdown; ensure equipment is ready and courts are clean.
• Represent the facility professionally at all times.
