Vetta Racquet Sports is seeking passionate and skilled Tennis Instructors to join our dynamic team. As a Racquet Sports Professional, you'll conduct high-quality lessons and clinics for all your players, delivering an energetic and fun experience while prioritizing safety.

You will lead individual and group sessions, help promote programs, maintain courts, and uphold professional standards. Ideal candidates have instructional experience with youth and adults, strong communication, racquet-sports

Qualifications

• Instructional experience with youth and adults in tennis.
• Strong knowledge of tennis rules, techniques and strategies.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to motivate diverse groups.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and patient demeanor.
• Reliable and well-organized with adaptability to learning styles.
• Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., USTA, PTR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging individual and group tennis lessons and clinics for all ages and skill levels.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience focusing on enjoyment, skill development and satisfaction.
• Create an energetic environment and promote programs to encourage participation.
• Prioritize safety protocols on the courts and maintain equipment and courts.
• Contribute to curriculum and assist with promotion and retention efforts.
• Maintain professionalism and assist with court setup and breakdown.
