KidCam Summer Camp is seeking Camp Counselors who love kids, bring great energy, and aren’t afraid to be silly. You’ll lead activities, keep campers engaged, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels they belong.

You’ll need CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed) and experience with children in a camp or recreational setting. Teamwork, creativity, and a calm, proactive approach are essential to success this summer.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification provided if necessary.
• Experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, optimism, patience, positive attitude and a love for working with children.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and solve problems.
• Willingness to be fully engaged with campers in activities.
• Flexibility and creativity to adapt to unforeseen changes.
• Team player who accepts feedback and steps up as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead activities and encourage participation among campers.
• Help kids navigate friendships and challenges.
• Create little moments that become campers' favorite summer memories.
• Work as a team with other counselors to keep activities running smoothly.
• Be open to feedback and adjust approaches as needed.
• Maintain safety and keep campers engaged during the day while having fun.
