KidCam Summer Camp is seeking Camp Counselors who love kids and bring great energy. You will lead activities, encourage participation, and help campers navigate friendships, creating memorable summer moments.

Be ready to adapt to changing plans, work as a team, and stay engaged with campers while maintaining a positive, safety-first environment during hot summer days.

Competenze

• CPR and First Aid certification (will be provided if necessary).
• Experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, optimism, patience, positive attitude and a love for working with children.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and solve problems.
• Willing to work well in a team environment.
• Must be willing to be fully engaged with campers in various activities.
• Flexibility and creativity to adapt to unforeseen changes as the arise.
• A problem solver! You think fast on your feet and prioritize quickly.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to part with your phone during working hours.
• Open to communicating challenges with camp leadership and receive constructive feedback.
• Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Must be physically and mentally able to meet the challenges of navigating and working in destination based facilities.

We want the counselor who's playing the game, leading the cheer, noticing the camper standing alone, and making sure everyone feels like they belong.Being a Kidcam Counselor means taking responsibility for the safety and everyday experience of the campers in your care. You'll lead activities, encourage participation, help kids navigate friendships and challenges, and create the little moments that become their favorite summer memories. We need people who can roll with it, work as a team, take feedback, step up without being asked, and keep the fun going even when things don't go as planned. Because at Kidcam, you're not just watching kids have summer. You're keeping the SPIRIT of summer alive.
